Spec alignment

We agree on a written spec: camera setup, task steps, episode length and acceptance criteria.

Setup & training

We build workstations that mirror your process and train operators on the spec.

Test batch

A short test batch goes to you for review. Full collection starts only after your sign-off.

Daily collection

An on-site supervisor runs each session and uploads data at the end of every day.

QA & delivery

First-pass QA before delivery, plus a daily report on hours collected and acceptance rate.

24-hour feedback loop — We upload at the end of our workday in China, your team reviews during your day, and fixes are applied the next morning.
Quality & consent

Capture and delivery aligned to your requirements.

  • All participants and facilities sign consent forms.
  • Recordings checked against your spec: hands in frame, full task completed, correct steps.
  • Faces and personal information excluded or handled per your requirements.

Delivery in MP4 with JSON metadata, LeRobot format, or any format you specify — via S3, GCS, Azure or Hugging Face.

50–300 people across Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hangzhou, with additional capacity in Southeast Asia.
1–2 weeks Pilot within 1–2 weeks of spec sign-off.
